Another privilage being the Laceby Manor wedding photographer for Becky & Tom’s autumn wedding. Laceby Manor is a venue I am very familiar with so it is great to challenge myself to create exciting and unique wedding images for my clients, it’s something I thrive on.

The day started off with the girls getting ready in a lodge cabin next door to Tom’s lodge which enabled me to capture images of both of them as they made their preparations for the day. This was a fantastic wedding in so many ways not least because Tom chose to wear his RAF uniform for the day, a proud day for him indeed.

There were so many intimate, emotional, fun and natural moments throughout the day which is so thrilling as a wedding photographer to capture. These natual images are what my couples love so much, a snapshot in time that truly reflects the moment.

For me looking at images should evoke an emotion so it is always great to hear my clients say they remember exactly what they were doing and what they FELT at that moment when they relive their day through the images.

I love photographing weddings at all times of the year as the light can change so much and have such a dramtic effect on your images. With the nights drawing in it’s a great time for me to get creative with flash and long exposures to capture something truly original so that’s what we did a sparkler light trail kiss image, check it out below.
